This cast iron Dutch oven is handcrafted using separate sand molds before applying multiple layers of long-lasting enamel. The ironware has an attractive Caribbean blue finish set off by a cream interior. The pan’s glossy porcelain skin creates a natural non-stick surface for ease of cleaning and eliminates the need to pre-season the pot. A tight fitting cover is included to seal in heat, moisture and nutrients.
